Enables low-end billing applications to determine the destination of, and rate, any call worldwide. Includes the ability to calculate distance to any point in the North American Numbering Plan, with Rate Center V&H (vertical & horizontal) coordinates and zoned city identification, identify Mexican call destinations by city code, rate calls to Mexico using the rate steps and border crossing points used by the major carriers and classify international destinations based on country code. Allows the user to determine what days are rate holidays under a variety of holiday schedules, by providing a programmable way to determine what day of the week a call occurred on, and whether that day was one of the common rate holidays.
